Mark starts the show with an article that shows the entitlement mentality of young Americans. Then he answers emails: One from a listener who wants to know how to move on after an unknown woman came on to her husband, a young girl wonders about remaining pure after she failed previously with her sexual morality, and a husband wants more sex but his wife always has reasons not to engage.
Mark broadcasts live this morning from Lafayette, Louisiana! The 2 open the show with new survey results that reveal a lack of trust in 45% of marriages.
We start with an e-mail from a husband that wants to know if its better to stay in a broken marriage for the sake of the kids, or leave because it’s basically over. A woman e-mails about heavy ‘petting’ and wanting to date a former boyfriends brother. E-mails also ask about birth control, and a husband that works at home is using the excuse that he needs to ‘get out of the house’ to have lunch with other women.
Mark and Debbie talk about trust and the effects of porn, and how to deal with the ‘nice guy’ that can’t say no to his ex-girlfriend. Several concerned wives e-mail about premature ejectulation, and how to deal with a man that is horrible father to your children. A man wants Mark to hammer him for lying to his wife about quitting smoking.
Mark and Debbie move on to talk about the difference sharing your marriage problems with friends can make. A wife is so fed up with her misbehaving husband that she writes a letter to him ‘drawing the line in the sand.’ Mark and Debbie get to an e-mail from a young single woman that hacked into her boyfriends e-mail and discovered he is gay.
This morning on the show Mark and Debbie discuss why politicians cheat on their wives, narcissism and sexual sin. Mark explains the difference between being judgemental and evaluating someone during the dating process and the importance of seeing someones reaction when they don’t get what they want. A woman’s struggle with trust while her husband is away and whether or not her husband can restrain himself while away from her.
