Mark and Debbie open the show with a conversation about the long-term effects pre-marital sex can have on someone. Mark and Debbie both highly recommend the book Hooked by Joe McIllhaney Jr. and Freda McKissic Bush. The two also mention the findings of a 13 year study that says, ‘ A good marriage is good medicine.’

Mark explains the problems with masturbation; the prevalence, the sexual tension it creates in a marriage, and the negative health effects. They also cover forgiveness, submission, and spiritual leadership in the home.
