Mark and Debbie open the show with a discussion about being happy and grateful for all things in life, despite the challenges you will face. After the discussion, Debbie brings a WebMD article to the show revealing the negative health effects of divorce.

Debbie brings an e-mail to the show from a woman that is struggling with her narcissistic husband that is living by his feelings and destroying their marriage. Mark and Debbie talk about the importance of standing up to your spouse and not tolerating bad behavior. Then a caller joins the show that doesn’t know how to set boundaries for her husband that is going through an early mid-life crisis.

He talks about the fears of women and how those fears keep wives from doing anything about their badly behaving husbands. They finish the show by, once again, talking about what submission in marriage is really all about.
