The show starts off today with an interesting study on happiness.

A listener  is upset because she just found out about her husband’s affair that happened prior to their marriage. Mark answers an email from a wife who is looking for permission to divorce. Then a young couple wants to know if being separated for jobs right after the wedding is a bad idea.

Mark and Debbie begin the show with an interesting article on the predictors of marital happiness for women.

Mark talks a lot about the importance of dads and now a listener wants clarification on what the role of a mom should be in the life a child. He gives great advice on how to overcome the improper sexual imprinting from pornography and masturbation. An email is answered on the Flag Page that leads to a discussion on being content in all circumstances.

They wrap up the show talking about a mom who needs help controlling her teens during dating.

They also answer a couple of listener emails: one about a husband who is an addict and one from a wife who can’t get her husband to stop playing online video games.

The topic of reading e-mails during dating is discussed again, from both sides. Debbie brings an e-mail to the show from an insecure wife that wants to inflict pain on her husband’s ex-wife. Mark expands on asking for forgiveness and being kind when you just dont want too.
