He's having trouble sorting fantasy from reality. I once had someone very close to me who thought for sure she had killed a small child years earlier. After a while, she even turned herself into the police. It turned out she needed hospitalization and medication. She's fine now. I'm not sure the pastor can. I think he needs a doctor.
