I submit to more importantly ask why the husband is doing that to begin with. I expect the answer in most cases is that the WIFE is probebly not being compasionate the the husbands sexual needs.
And if, at this point the WIFE now becomes demeanig and uncompasionate towards her husband, he will progress on the path to SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY. How is that working out?

Could be done, with the correct electrical path configuration. But the electrical shock usually just scares the person because they do not expect it and they let go. Many old-time electricians used to use there fingers from one hand to check for power at different locations, like fuse boxes. Not that “shocking” when you know what to expect.
