Well, yesterday we were in the 10am service and heard this clip from Mark Driscoll. It may have been appropriate to listen to in a marriage seminar but not in the service. I personally didn’t like his approach. It’s not that what he said was inaccurate. Just the approach.
The other thing…. I have a wonderful husband and I think more also needs to be addressed how women treat their husbands and men in general. Take the Laura Schlessinger approach too. It goes both ways.

I am so glad that you aired this because I think america needs a kick in the butt in this area. I am grateful that he expresses a righteous anger. Something that often gets criticized in chruch as fits of rage by those who arent brave enough to do what he did. I have been feeling alot of depression lately about subjects like this and what he did helped me realized that I was stuffing my anger.
Way to go pastor keep it up.

WOW. That was unexpected. WOW, again!

A righteous anger? That is way off. i agree with Jennifer it has no place in the Sancturary. All you have to do is watch the other videos of him and see the double standard. The guy is out of bounds.

Pastor Mark,
Bless you, brother! You have railed against this so often at Celebration, but why are so many pastors afraid to “offend” someone? Offense is in the ear of the hearer, not the words of the speaker.
