I have been married for three years and it hasn’t been easy. Everytime my husband and I get upset with each other disconnects something or he’ll make changes to life policy and automobile policy. He says he wants me and my children, ages 10 and 18 to get out of his house but we have no where to go because we moved to his town around his family and away from my family. Should I wait for him to file for divorce since I have no where to go? Or should I file? My income is as much as his.
